ULM PetieBilt NRS v1.0

Urlocalminer presents: Petiebilt NRS. Got a few DMs saying they want a no rear steer version so that’s what this is. it has a few changes from the other one. such as texture changes, compatible with MrBusses wheel pack along with my wheel pack, If you choose to use the wheel packs, they MUST be subscribed to and turned on for it to work. She comes with one custom paint scheme, Some changes with the sound.
