Simple mod that removes the requirements for rank and exploration to customize your vehicles. Still require money so its not a full blown cheat.
Extract the file in the zip to your \SnowRunner\en_us\preload\paks\client folder and overwrite the initial.pak file (MAKE A BACKUP). I have tried to get subscribing working but it created duplicates because of how the game puts file in the game.
