These are a “Add and Replace” File, so, go through the initial->Media->Wheels, add and replace.
What I did was change the frictions so that they grab a little better. Does it help with the “Driving on ice” feeling? No. That’s the sad part. That’s something to do with the frictions built into the game. Does it add more tires to a selected vehicle? No. All that this mod does is change the frictions of ALL the tires for each truck.
