This Azov 64131 has an option of higher suspension, any 50″ Tires and a 8 Speed transmission (42 km/h) subscription works
For non Subscription you must change the files in Initial.zip It gives a Hard and Soft Suspension. The Soft is for CAT Tires and Hard for the rest.
