LocalTC is a free and open source add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 that provides voice-operated, locally processed air traffic control. It features realistic controller voices covering all phases of flight, supports both IFR and VFR operations, and includes a virtual copilot with customizable personalities. The add-on incorporates real-world data such as live weather and NOTAMs, and offers companion apps and tools. No internet subscription or account is required, and all ATC interactions run on your own PC.
