GlassDimmer is an independent Windows utility that manages the brightness of GlassOut panels in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It automatically dims or brightens displays based on in-sim time, a cockpit lighting knob, or a user-defined setting. Preferences are saved per aircraft and reapplied automatically when loading that aircraft. The tool can be used on the same PC as the simulator or on a second networked PC.
