OPLA — BeyondATC taxi fix

This unofficial patch modifies the taxiway network of the Irteza OPLA-Lahore Intl scenery to improve compatibility with BeyondATC and other ATC add-ons. It corrects taxiway names, connections, and stand types, aligning airport layout with official charts. The patch requires the Irteza OPLA-Lahore Intl scenery and does not include any of its original models or assets. It enables accurate taxi routing for AI and ATC, while leaving the visual signage unchanged.
