Aomi Landmark Beacon

This add-on introduces the Aomi Landmark Beacon, a visual reference used for VOR-A approaches at Tokyo International Airport. It addresses the omission of this beacon from the TechnoBrain RJTT scenery. The beacon serves as a temporary solution until an official update is provided. Installation requires the Japan airports Model Library KRC.
