RCAF VIP BAe 146-200 — Updated for Native MSFS 2024

This add-on provides an updated Royal Canadian Air Force VIP livery for the Just Flight BAe 146-200 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. All textures have been converted to the native KTX2 format, resolving previous issues with incorrect color rendering. The update maintains the original RCAF artwork while aligning with the latest Just Flight 146 texture structure. Package layout and metadata have also been refreshed for compatibility with MSFS 2024.
