Cargo Payment Scaling neutralizer

To my absolute surprise no one made this mod yet, so I made it.
The name should say it all, with this mod you get the same payment with every vehicle, no matter how big it is. Same money for a box of meat if you take it with a Jeep, or a semitrailer truck. Also made every cargo stackable, because these mods usually overwrite each other.
Caution! This mod may made the game very boring, as you could earn money very fast!
I think it is incompatible with every other economy type mod, as it modify the same files in-game.
