When the grain is dry and doesn't require further drying, these buildings function like regular silos in the game. These structures are typically built on a slope to optimize the placement of internal functions, but they can also be constructed on flat ground, though this may require more space due to terrain elevation changes. Terrain editing is recommended before placing the building—saving the game beforehand allows easy reloading if you're not satisfied with the terrain adjustments. The larger, more modern silos in this pack dry grain using a bioheater. To simulate fuel use and the cost savings of biofuel over fossil fuels, these buildings include a sales point for woodchips and straw. The silo capacity can be further increased with extensions. Please note that it should only be used on this map because the fermentation silo uses mowed clover and mowed lucerne. It produces silage from clover and lucerne as well as grass and corn silage, with no errors or warnings in the log. Feel free to leave me a message if you encounter any issues with the mods.
