The E-4 series is specially modified from the Boeing 747-200B for the National Emergency Airborne Command Post (NEACP) program. [3] One of its main purposes is to ensure continuity of government during a nuclear war, which is why it is known as the “doomsday plane.” [4] The E-4 serves as a survivable mobile command post for the National Command Authority, i.e. the President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense, and their successors. The four E-4s are operated by the 1st Airborne Command and Control Squadron of the 595th Command and Control Group, located at Offutt Air Force Base, near Omaha, Nebraska. [13] The Su-34 was primarily designed for tactical deployment against land and naval targets (tactical bombing/strike/interdiction roles, including against small and mobile targets) in solo and group missions, day and night, under favorable and adverse weather conditions and in a hostile environment with fire and electronic warfare (EW) countermeasures deployed, as well as for aerial reconnaissance.

Madill 044 Grapple Yarder V1.1

After years of different iterations and changes, we finally have a perfected yarder script designed by actual loggers. This is a Madill 044 grapple yarder of ’70s-’80s vintage, with a mechanical grapple used in place of chokers. Don’t expect it to be easy to operate. The machine has plenty of visual options like an extra cab riser, logos and numbering. It is rigged up just like the normal DLC yarder where you pull the line from the front of the machine to your tailhold, which can now be attached to high stumps or a backspar machine. You can also now slack and tighten your lines and there is an attach node on the machine side of the carriage for a choker for out of reach logs. This mod will require the Platinum DLC as it uses assets from it. I will hopefully have an update in the future with a functioning grapple camera and possibly some other minor details. Hitachi EX400LC Backspar Hoe V1.0

Here we have an early to mid ’90s Hitachi EX400LC roadbuilder / backspar hoe. A stout old roadbuilder for heavier bush work with the option for a backspar gantry for use as a mobile tailhold with a yarder. In order to use it you’ll need a yarder and the Platinum DLC, simply select the backspar configuration and attach the lines from your yarder to the fairlead while rigging up and you’ll be free to move around as you please with the lines connected. Comes with a handful of visual options and a Daequip digging bucket courtesy of Biggie modding. It will also work with the wedgelock attachments from Biggie’s 3554 Deere/Hitachi as well.
