FS17 Holzer Map
FS17 Holzer Map Detailgetreuer 1:1 Nachbau der Ortschaft Holz im Tegernseer Tal. Herzlich Willkommen auf der Holzer Map! Es handelt sich hierbei um einen möglichst detailgetreuen Nachbau inclusive Höhenmodell aus GoogleEarth von der Ortschaft Holz im wunderschönen Tegernseer Tal im Landkreis Miesbach in Oberbayern. Begonnen mit dem Bau der Map wurde im Dezember 2016 und nun, etwa 1,5 Jahre später, ist sie endlich fertiggestellt und wartet darauf bespielt zu werden. Die Ortschaft Holz wird im Osten durch das Ufer des Tegernsees und im Westen durch die Ausläufer der Holzer Alm begrenzt. Die dazwischen liegenden Flächen in Holz sind auf insgesamt 7 Bauernhöfe im Ort aufgeteilt. Darüber hinaus kann in den zahlreichen Waldgebieten ausgiebig Forstwirtschaft betrieben werden. Jeder einzelne Hof kann dank dem MCompanyFactory-System eigenständig bewirtschaftet werden. Neben den Standard-Tieren aus dem LS gibt es weitere Milchviehhöfe mit Kälberzucht und einer kleinen Hof-BGA. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit der Produktion von Bretterpaletten am Sägewerk und der Herstellung von Kompost an der Kompostieranlage. Beim Landhandel besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, benötigte Waren wie Saatgut, Gerstenschrot, Dünger, Kalk, etc. einzukaufen. Folgende Features sind in der Map enthalten: 1. GMKFC-Mod (Gülle-, Mist-, Kalk-, Dünger- & Komposttextur auf den Feldern) 2. Extended Placeable (Überall Platzieren) 3. mehr Bodenwinkel 4. dynamischer Himmel 5. Seasons mod ready 6. mCompanyFactory (Jeder Hof wird Dank mCompanyFactory separat zu bewirtschaften sein!) 7. mCompanyGraphics für eine schöne Anzeige der jeweiligen Daten 8. zusätzliche fillTypes: Kompost, Kalk und Getreideschrot (Letzteres wird bei einigen Höfen im Rahmen des mCompanyFactory als Kraftfutter benötigt.) 9. ClipDistanceFPS-Mod (Bewirkt eine Herabsetzung der Sichtweite von allem was in Hallen abgestellt wird und damit mehr FPS ingame.) 10. Manure Hose System (Ankuppeln der Gülleschläuche von Wopster) 11. FS17 Robillard flats Farm
FS17 Robillard flats Farm Robillard Flats is a real farm in Vermont. Built in 1908 by George Metcalf, Guy and Helen Robillard bought the farm in 1960 (there were other owners in between) followed by their son and his wife, Bernard and Denise Robillard. The round barn burned on August 23 2016 It was sad to see the photos of it burning as a little bit of history was lost. I was asked if I knew how to make a map and I only played around in the editor but this is my first full map build so please be kind if you notice something not quite right. The map is error free with a clean log thanks to Maverick the creator of Mavericks Multifuit map a massive map with many of the same things mine has. You should look him up if you have not already played his map. As well as BDBSSB the creator of the Westbridge map and many great placeable mods some of which are used in my own map. Check out his mods at his website https://bdbssb3.wixsite.com/mods. As for the map itself it is a 4x multifruit with a lot of different crops. It also has mud and chopped straw installed as well as the water trough addon that you own from the start. There are close to 50 different palleted good you can create. Most of which are in a industial park and all the products have product names of things made in Vermont so if your from New England you might know them. There are 38 fields ranging from 1.026 ha to 148.327 ha. I have started you off with all the needed equipment but you will need more with a lot of horsepower to make it over some of the fields as Vermont is not a flat state so my map is terraformed and some field on the mountain are very steep. There are also 3 forestry sections and in the mix of trees are larger ones that will need a special harvester you can find on many mod sites. Due to the size of this map as well as the many many crops and productions you may have lag and lower frame rates. I built this on my gaming pc so those with lower end pc’s may have fps issues. This is not seasons ready so I would turn it off. FS17 Newbie Farm V4 Seasons Ready As a young teen your dad noticed your lack of interest in farming and at the age of 18 after an intense argument you moved into the city. Several years passed since you last spoke to your dad, but one night you received a call saying your dad was on his death bed and was asking for you. Out of respect you went only to find out your dad wanted you to take your rightful place at the farm. In short your dad wanted to make sure the farm remained in the family and he didn’t care how you did that as long as the farm wasn’t sold or lost. Little did you know how bad the farm had been hit with financial issue’s both with the bank and the lack of funds available. Looking through the logs you found over the last 3 years almost every field and most of the equipment had been sold to cover the ever growing debt. What’s more you found a notice from the bank stating you had One year to pay off the debt or the farm and all the equipment would be repossessed and sold at auction. Looking further through the logs you found a sealed letter addressed to you, it was clearly old. In the letter it stated how much your dad had wrestled with his emotions for letting you leave all those years ago and how he wished he could make up for the paste. He had wanted what was best for the farm and never took into account what was best for you and he had many regrets for not sitting down and talking those dreams of yours with you. As you continued to read the letter you could feel your eye’s begin to fill up with tears. You look out the window as the Rooster crows thinking back to the sounds of the animals and vehicles moving around as your dad and his employee’s began work. With emotions running so high you can’t help but smile at some of the things you remember and in that instance you say to yourself you owe it to yourself and your dad to make sure the farm remains in your families name. Its been 6 years since you took over the farm and through most of those 6 years you was just about keeping things together, unfortunately for many of the other farmers around the area they had to sell off their farms and watch as they was turned into all sorts of things. You was determined not to let this farm suffer the same fate, and 4 years into taking over the farm you managed to appease the bank and you have been on good terms with them since. Last year your dad’s friend approached you with an offer of 50 dairy cows. You hadn’t been interested in a dairy farm, but you remember how much your dad loved the cows he had and the farm had almost everything in place already to see to the cows needs, it was a no brainer and the bank was more than happy to loan you the money all be it enough for 20 cows. The bank might be happier with you, but not 3 quarters of a million happier. Newbie farm feature all animals zones based around 2 farm, with 48 fields of varying sizes and shapes and a mass amount of forestry area’s of which there are over 13000 tree’s more than enough to cater for the hardcore loggers out there. For those who love the concept and challenge behind the seasons mod you will be happy to know this map is now seasons ready
