Refonte de la Pologne occidentale est une extension ProMods développée par l'équipe DTMapping, avec la contribution de : Danyal (créateur du projet), Snebbi, Nacho Rios et Bobrow (Ramin Bober). Ce projet vise à moderniser et à agrandir différentes zones de la Pologne occidentale. Il modernise les parties les plus anciennes de la carte avec des routes mises à jour, de nouveaux carrefours, des paysages améliorés et de futures extensions de ville, tout en restant fidèle au style ProMods. Fonctionnalités actuelles Refonte complète de l'ancien projet E36, désormais pleinement intégré au programme de refonte de la Pologne occidentale. L'ancienne route nationale 3 a été reconstruite en l'autoroute moderne S3, qui s'étend actuellement de Poznań à la jonction A4 près de Legnica, avec de nouveaux échangeurs, des aménagements routiers mis à jour et une signalisation améliorée.
