Simple Python def File Generator

Simple Python script to generate engine and transmission def files for mod trucks.
Why use this over the Zeemods alternative? Well, the Zeemods tool is great because it's easy to use. It does however run into memory limit issues with large transmission packs for example. This tool has no such limits, as it only writes one file at a time, which is why it's clunkier to use, and doesn't write directly to an scs def file.
There's not much more to it then that. Instructions are in the readme file.
