Realistic Air Resistance and Fuel Cosuption for ETS2 1.60+ 1.61

Description: In update 1.58, the developers broke the air resistance parameter. This mod makes it realistic again and aims to restore real fuel consumption. This mod starts to have a noticeable effect mainly after 70 km/h.
I need feedback on how the mod behaves at different speeds and with different loads.
