Clear Sky NO HDR weather mod for ATS v 1.0

This is NOHDR Weather mod for ATS, so you must switch off your HDR setting. Otherwise please do not download this mod. I think before, that only one skybox texture is very boring in the game, but I was very wrong 😆 I like it more and more. Features: – Very small mod (~50MB) with own skybox model and skybox textures. – Also Compatible with Dalton map (not by temperature) climates “alaska” and “arctic” included. – All day long just only one clear sky texture. – Sunrise and sunset is not so beautiful (I’m no a cool artist 😆 ), but colors and lighting near the realistic. – Twilight and Night have starts and moon. If you do not have 400% scale setting in you graphics setup, you can see that stars are flashing in the sky. – One texture for the rain. No thunder and lighting at this time. ATS U.S. States Apportioned License Plate Pack This is a collection of apportioned license plates for all 50 U.S. States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii in later years. This pack is NOT for the beginning modder.  It is geared towards the "more advanced" modder that has a firm understanding of how to export graphics from DDS files, editing them with whatever graphics program they have, then re-importing them back to DDS files. 48FT Wilson Silverstar Spread Axle for American Truck Simulator for ATS v1.31.2s and above. Updated from ATS v1.5 to ATS v1.31.2s (a LONG overdue update, really). What was involved in the update – fixed PMG incorrect file version errors on various files and replaced obsolete cog_height_offset attribute with cog_offset. However, since this is a pre-v1.6 model, there are two errors which remains – Default temporary buffer is insufficient while reading ‘/vehicle/trailer/wilsoncattle/trailer.pmg’ with size 50094336, and Default temporary buffer is insufficient while reading ‘/vehicle/trailer/wilsoncattle/lod_01.pmg’ with size 52370068. They do not affect gameplay, however. Standalone, no dependencies Available in quick jobs and freight market. IMPORTANT NOTE! The trailer will NOT show up immediately.
