Steering axles for 8×4 and 8×6 chassis

This mod turns stock SCS 8×4 and 8×6 axles into steering axles. That increases the stability of the truck in bends at higher speeds. Works on all trucks from SCS Software, with chassis 8×4 and 8×6.
