MUO/Reforma Compatibility Patch - 1.44

This mod adds connections between Reforma Map and Quaristice’s Minor Urban Overhaul. The mod fixes connections in these areas: Uses Quaristice’s I-580 and I-80 connection between MUO’s Oakland and the refreshed Reforma Sacramento (ATS 1.40-1.43) Uses PaZz’s I-5 and I-8 connections to Carlsbad and San Diego Uses n1cky1992’s I-10 connection between PaZz’s Quartzsite and MUO’s Phoenix Adds I-10 connection between MUO’s Los Angeles and Reforma’s Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the refreshed PaZzMod areas It also uses Mega Resources and SCS California signage in the MUO interstates, such as Los Angeles, Carlsbad, San Diego, Oakland, and Stockton. K-DOG’s Great White North Map V1.44-A It is the dead of winter. A deep freeze has hit Alaska, Canada and the northern USA. All roads from  from Kansas to  Alaska, the  pacific to the Atlantic are froze over. This map simulates ice roads THIS MOD REQUIRES ALL DLC. It is a stand-alone map. This map is the same scale as the main map. No other maps will work with this map. This is STAND ALONE so you must create a new profile. Then you must go to mod manager and activate this mod. Then when choosing Co. name and such find the map module then click on cana.mbd and finish other required info for new profile. Start game and pick start city and have fun. Don’t use with other physics mods unless it is my Extremely Icy Road Surfaces mod which makes for an even greater challenge. Place it above this mod. Directions: Brake setting all the way to the left and suspension settings all to the right. It should be used with a steering wheel. Disable auto-center on your steering wheel if you can. Steering wheel will go off center. This is supposed to happen. You will have to “feel” the new center. Driving in towns will take some getting used to. On Corners Very slow speed will turn tighter. Try idling the engine in a low gear. The faster you go the more chance of losing what traction you have. The Trailer will not wobble like other winter physics mods, but the back will slide sideways, and it will push you. Your truck itself will have less traction in front tires and may even slide sideways a bit when you are stopped. Even the slightest bump or hill has affect. The faster you are going on a curve or street corner the greater chance of loosing control. Use your gears a lot for both slowing and speeding up. Skipping gears on ice is dangerous. Your back duels or “traction tires” will slide sideways on corners and curves, kind of like drifting. You must drive accordingly. And don’t count on your brakes for to much. They will stop you at a light but if you are going to fast down a mountain you might have a problem. Use your gears and Don’t pump the brakes. Spinouts can happen if you miss a gear while climbing a grade and you may even slide backwards down the mountain and have to restart from the bottom. Small, slow and steady moves on the brakes, accelerator and steering is advised. I suggest using air brake simulation “ON” for more of a challenge. This mod will cause unpredictable slides and sudden pulls to left or right. All effects of the mod can be compensated for. Take your time and learn to drive on the ice. If you slide off the road and don’t slide off the “world” you can usually get going again. You can still get going 50, 60, even 70 MPH. but speed is you enemy on ice! This is NOT as difficult to drive as my Extremely Icy Road Surfaces mod but it is still a challenge and it is a stand alone map. No other maps will work with this map. Put the .zip file in your mod folder. Everything is there, in the one file, easy to use. This is STAND ALONE

Esterlon Project (alternate mod by Reforma) Introducing a new and exciting world to truck in or discover…  REFORMA’S EXPLORE ESTERLON! A standalone 1:1-1:3 map for American Truck Simulator based around the fictional island country of Esterlon. Developed by Eblem Torres and Raul Mtz  With over 4 years of mapping experience for American Truck Sim, we have been working on bringing many areas of Mexico and the southwest United States to life, while always being bounded by the game’s extremely limiting 1:20 scale. As we improved our mapping, our aspirations and ambitions grew, to the point where we felt we needed to begin a new project, no longer bounded by the game’s base map. We understand that in the beginning, the map area may not be that large. But we believe the exciting world we are creating will be worth living and exploring, while given enough time, the size of the map will also improve. WHAT IS ESTERLON? While technically an archipelago, the main island’s size is large enough to harbor an intense mix of bio and geodiversity. It’s an intensely mountainous country with 6 major regions: 1.    The starting Province, Zacattle. A semi-arid high grassland with elevations ranging from 1,200-2,500 meters, is home to its cultural world heritage city by the same name and the wide-open grazing lands surrounded by grassy hills. Take a cruise around the city, or drive the notorious route N-66 crossing the coastal mountains to the beach city of Ventura. 2.    The country’s capital in the southwest, Ambersyell. A metropolitan area of close to 7 million inhabitants split between a plateau next to the ocean and a low and warm valley to its east with sprawling beaches. The area is dominated by a large (probably) dormant volcano over 3,000 m tall. 3.    At the northwest is Esterlon’s second-largest city, Huntington, with a population of 3.5 million. The area is surrounded by lush boreal forests and to its northeast lie many breathtaking fjords. 4.    Esterlon is dominated by 3 major north-south mountain ranges. These mountain ranges create the perfect condition for a desert in its center. From its low-lying hot desert in the south to the high, cooler desert in the north. 5.    Esterlon’s south is dominated by its sub-tropical forests and world-famous beaches. While it isn’t home to any major-sized city, it does have a few cities close to or around the 1 million inhabitant mark. 6.    The eastern seaboard is Esterlon’s main agricultural powerhouse. It spans the majority of the country from north to south and while mostly flat to rolling hills, does have a few interesting areas to discover.
