Ce mod ajoute continuellement de la fumée aux échappements de tous les camions de jeu originaux achetés auprès des concessionnaires de camions répertoriés ci-dessous : Freightliner International Kenworth Mac Peterbilt VOLVO Étoile occidentale La fumée suit le sens de sortie d'origine de ses échappements sauf les échappements qui se trouvent sous les camions. La fumée modifie sa trajectoire lorsque les camions changent de direction et de vitesse.
