Route to Winterland for ATS v1.0 1.49 Mod

Add a ferry route to “Winterland”. From the coast of San Francisco to Winterland (railway station). I just do it so I can go to “Winterland” whenever I want. For example, take your favorite trailer to take pictures. This mod will not affect the “CHRISTMAS WINTERLAND” online quest.
