Dokonano przeróbek standardowych dźwięków, np. ulepszono domyślne dźwięki hamulców pneumatycznych. Ulepszenia dźwięków pojazdów AI w ruchu drogowym, z dźwiękami silnika i klaksonu dostosowanymi specjalnie do setek konkretnych pojazdów. (tylko ETS2) W kilku krajach wprowadzono obsługę dźwięków lokalnych syren policyjnych. Warianty nawigacji głosowej w języku angielskim AU/UK/USA z dodanym efektem głośnika i usuniętymi nietypowymi frazami. Podmuchy wiatru i szum powietrza o dużej prędkości słychać tylko przy otwartym oknie. Więcej dźwięków otoczenia i otoczenia oraz gustowne zmiany w istniejących dźwiękach otoczenia w świecie gry. Dźwięki sprzęgu przyczepy, obracającego się mocowania przyczepy i ślizgającej się osi przyczepy. 6 niezależnych klaksonów pneumatycznych.
