Zniesiono ograniczenia dla ciężarówek na wewnętrznym pasie autostrady I-80 East w Sacramento (powodowało to nagłe zatrzymanie się pojazdów na wewnętrznym pasie w celu włączenia się do ruchu w prawo) Zmieniono częstotliwość występowania ruchu miejskiego na autostradach w większych miastach z 8,0 na 9,9, a częstotliwość występowania ruchu lokalnego na ulicach/w mniejszych miastach zmieniono z 8,0 na 3,0. wersja 24.2 Naprawiono uszkodzone firmy w East St. Louis. Poprawiono literówki w nazwie Tucker Boulevard w East St. Louis i St. Louis. Początek godzin szczytu zmieniony z 5 rano na 6 rano. wersja 24.1 Wdrożenie DLC w Illinois. Naprawiono nierealistyczną częstotliwość występowania Hummerów w ruchu AI. Dostępna jest aktualizacja konserwacyjna do wersji 1.59 (v24). Nie sądzę, aby wersja 23.1 powodowała awarię wersji 1.59, ale wprowadzone błędy na mapie zostały usunięte, a wszelkie drobne, zbiorcze poprawki wprowadzone do mapy i ustawień od tego czasu są teraz publiczne. Uruchomienie wersji 23.1 z włączonym Illinois prawdopodobnie spowoduje również uszkodzenie sektorów w pobliżu St. Louis, ponieważ zostały one edytowane i w wersji 23.1 są w tym samym stanie, w jakim były w momencie wydania wersji Missouri.
