Montana Expansion v 0.1.0.2

Montana Expansion is an addon for the Coast2Coast map mod, also works with CanaDream – I have not tested with any other map mods, but should be any issues with exception to Project Going North, As this is a work in progress i will update it every couple of weeks – Early update – v0.1.0.2 Terrain fix at Wolf Point Oil Storage
