CalTrans Truck and Trailer Skin

For the Volvo VNL for 1.33.X & 1.32.X
The day cab version works the best for realism but all cabs are skinned.
The trailer is a flatbed owned and only matches the color with the truck. The tarp works as well but that is also just in the orange color.
