Weather mod by Piva for ATS v 5.0

Adapted version 5.0 for ATS. – the brightness and color rendition are corrected; – the textures of the night sky are rebuilt; – updated skybox model; – changed the brightness and saturation for sunny and cloudy weather; – Shadows of clouds are added; – Cloud shadows depend on the texture and volume of the clouds.
